摘 要:针对输油管道泄漏事故造成的土壤及地下水污染问题,介绍了某成品油管道工程概况,根据输油管道敷设特征,分析了输油管道地下水污染时可采取的应急处理措施,阐述了对受污染土壤的应急治理方案,从处理工艺流程、井位选择、地面处理工程、治理效果、治理规模等方面阐述了地下水应急治理方案,并介绍了其他污染应急处理措施,为同类型项目环境影响评价和环境风险应急提供参考。In view of the problem of soil and groundwater pollution caused by oil pipeline leakage,the situation of a product oil pipeline project is introduced,the emergency treatment measures for groundwater pollution are analyzed according to the laying characteristics of oil pipeline,and the emergency treatment plan for soil pollution is described.The emergency plan for groundwater treatment is elaborated from the aspects of treatment process,well location selection,surface treatment,treatment effect and treatment scale,and the emergency treatment measures for other pollution are introduced.The research can provide a reference for environmental risk assessment and emergency treatment of similar projects.
