电企员工心理健康与生活事件的关系

摘　　要：为了了解电企员工心理健康状况与生活事件的关系,从某市电企随机抽取3287名员工进行了心理健康状况调查.结果发现:(1)电企员工总体心理健康度较高,83.3%的员工心理健康;(2)营销部门心理健康状态显著差于生产部门;(3)中长期工龄员工的心理健康状态显著不如新员工(工龄3年以下)和年长员工(工龄10年以上);(4)心理健康维度与生活事件显著相关,其中与工作表现、社会交往事件的关系更为密切.总之,电企员工心理健康水平较高,工作表现、社会交往的生活事件与员工心理健康水平关系密切.To explore the relationship between mental health status and life events of electric power enterprises employees,a survey was conducted on the mental health status of3287employees randomly selected from a city electricity supplier.The results showed that:(1)The overall mental health of the employees was higher,and83.3%of whom were health in mentality;(2)The mental health status of the employees in marketing departments was significantly worse than that of in production departments;(3)Mental health status of new employees(under3years of working age)and older employees(more than10years of working age)were significantly better than those of medium-term and long-term working age;(4)There was a significant correlation between mental health dimensions and life events factors;Among them,the relationship with work performance and social interaction is more closely related.In short,the employees were in high level of psychological health;their work performance,social interactions which closed to social life events was related closely to their mental health.
