摘 要:综述了微装配技术的发展现状,指出国内各高校开发的微装配系统普遍存在可扩展性差等问题,并未能在引信产品中得到广泛应用,分析认为是由于产品均为面向手工装配的产品设计,增大了自动柔性微装配技术应用的难度。据此,针对引信设计提出权衡零件加工成本与产品装配成本,把提高可装配性放到首位的引信结构设计原则,通过改变面向手工装配的设计方法为面向自动柔性装配系统的设计方法,降低引信零件数量,统一引信零件轴肩等特征,解决装配系统可扩展性差、响应能力不足等问题。The micro assembly technology development status was reviewed,and it was pointed out that the domestic micro assembly system was of scalability problem,and was not widely used in fuze products.The existing product was designed for manual assembly,which increased the difficulty of automatic flexible micro assembly technology application.Therefore,the fuze assembly design was took as the priority principle by balancing the cost of production and assembly.The manual assembly design should be adapted for automatic flexible assembly system,which could reduce the number of fuze parts,unified fuze parts shoulder characteristics,solve the problems of poor scalability,lack of response.
