摘 要:针对小弹模拟大弹进行侵彻引信可靠性试验中,加速度、侵彻时间、深度和应力波严重失真,提出了缩比模拟试验方法。该方法的要诀在于降低靶板硬度,维持弹径平方/质量和派洛第公式目标相关系数乘积的比例不变。分析和初步试验表明,这种方法突破了仅仅追求速度与靶板硬度的真实性而忽视弹径和质量不真实的思维定势,使侵彻加速度曲线的真实性显著提高。Aiming at problem of the distortion of acceleration,penetration time,depth and stress wave in the penetration fuze reliability test by small projectile simulating big ones,a method of scaling simulation test was proposed in this paper.The method reduced the hardness of the target plate,and kept the ratio of bomb diameter square/product of quality and formula target correlation coefficient invariant.Analysis and preliminary tests showed that the method broke through the thought which pursued the authenticity of the speed and the plate hardness,but ignored the nonauthenticity of bomb diameter and quality,significantly improved the authenticity of the penetration acceleration curve.
