摘　　要：组蛋白甲基化转移酶同源序列增强子(enhancer of zeste homolog,EZH)是由EZH基因编码的一种组蛋白赖氨酸甲基化转移酶,有EZH1和EZH2两种亚型,属于多梳家族(Polycomb Group,PcG)蛋白成员。PcG家族的成员相互结合形成多聚蛋白复合物参与基因转录调控、DNA甲基化,促进异染色质的形成从而发挥沉默基因的功能、维持胚胎细胞的正常增殖与分化。本文主要介绍EZH2的基本功能及其在哺乳动物生殖和相关疾病中的研究新进展。EZH(enhancer of zeste homolog)is a EZH gene encoded histone lysine methyltransferase,belonging to the polycomb group(PcG)members,with two kinds of proteins EZH1and EZH2The members of the PcG family protein are involved in gene transcription and DNA methylation,promoting the formation of heterochromatin to play a silent gene function,maintaining normal proliferation and differentiation of embryonic cells This paper describes the basic functions of EZH2and its new advances in early mammalian reproduction and related diseases
