摘 要:[目的]探讨8种不同类型杀虫剂对苹果黄蚜的防治效果,为苹果黄蚜的防治提供参考。[方法]通过田间小区试验比较了4.9%双丙环虫酯可分散液剂、10%氟啶虫酰胺悬浮剂、22%螺虫乙酯·噻虫啉悬浮剂、22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂、480 g/L噻虫啉悬浮剂、22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂、20%啶虫脒可溶性粉剂、10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂8种药剂对苹果黄蚜的防治效果。[结果]8种药剂对苹果黄蚜的防治效果差异显著,其中48%噻虫啉悬浮剂8 000倍液、22%螺虫乙酯·噻虫啉悬浮剂4 000倍液和22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂8 000倍液能有效控制苹果黄蚜危害,且速效作用好,持效期长达14 d,药后1~14 d对苹果黄蚜的防治效果均在90%以上;22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂4 000倍液对苹果黄蚜速效性较差,药后1和3 d的防治效果均低于78%,但持效性较显著,药后7~14 d的防治效果为93.9%~97.2%;4.9%双丙环虫酯可分散液剂15 000倍液药后1 d的防治效果低于78%,但其持效性较显著,药后3~14 d的防治效果均在85%以上;10%氟啶虫酰胺悬浮剂3 333倍液药后1 d的防治效果低于62%,但药后3~7 d的防治效果均在93%以上,之后防效逐渐递减。10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂1 500倍液和20%啶虫脒可溶性粉剂2 500倍液对苹果黄蚜的防治效果速效性和持效性均较差,药后1 d的防治效果低于78%,药后10~14 d的防治效果低于72%。[结论]在苹果安全生产中,建议轮换使用48%噻虫啉悬浮剂8 000倍液、22%螺虫乙酯·噻虫啉悬浮剂4 000倍液和22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂8 000倍液防治苹果黄蚜。[Objective]The aim was to study the field efficacy of several insecticides on A p h i s citricola van der Goot to provide reference for the control of A p h i s citricola van der Goot.[Method]8pesticides were used for the investigation of the control effects against A p h i s citricola van der Goot in field.[Result]There were significant differences on the control effect among the8tested pesticides.Among them,8000times liquid of48%thiamethoxam SC,4000times liquid of22%spirotetramat?thiamethoxam SC and8000times liquid of22%clothianidin SC had excellent and quick control effect,with the control efficacy of more than90%at1-14days after treatment(D A T).22.4%spirotetramat SC had poor fast-acting property with the controlling effect of less than78%at1DAT and3DAT,while it had good persistence with the control efficacy of93.9%-97.2%at7-14DAT.The controlling effect of15000times liquid of4.9%afidopyropen DC were less than78%at1DAT,while it had good persistence with the control effect of more than85%at3-14DAT.The controlling effect of10%ilunicotamid SC were less than62%at1DAT,and the controlling effect were more than93%at3-7DAT,and then the effect was decreased with time.3300times liquid of10%imidacloprid WP and25000times liquid of20%acetamiprid SP had poor fast-acting property and persistence,the controlling effect were less than78%at1DAT,and less than72%at10-14DAT.[Conclusion]These results suggested that the rational applications of8000times liquid of48%thiamethoxam SC,4000times liquid of22%spirotetramat thiamethoxam SC and8000times liquid of22%clothianidin SC could be recommended for controlling A p h i s citricola van der Goot in apple production.
