摘  要:分析了农科大学生的就业困境及原因,认为由于农科大学生就业过程中显现出专业认可度低、从业匹配度低、职业幸福感低等问题,导致农业人才的流失和教育资源的浪费。探讨了基于农科人才培养的全程化就业指导体系建立问题,强调以提高农科类学生的专业认可度为关键,以提高农科类学生的职业胜任力为重点,以提高农科类学生的求职技能培训为保障。从实践与探索方面,强调建设一支专业化的就业指导师队伍,改革本科生教育模式,营造良好的校园文化氛围。Employment Predicament and reasons of Agricultural University Students was analyzed,it was thought that because of the problems in the employment process of agricultural college students,such as low professional recognition,low employment matching,low professional happiness,etc.,leading to the loss of agricultural talents and the waste of educational resources.The establishment of the whole process employment guidance system based on the cultivation of agricultural talents was discussed,which emphasised on improving the professional recognition of agricultural students as the key,improving the professional competence of agricultural students as the focus,and improving the Agricultural Students’job hunting skills training as a guarantee.From the aspects of practice and exploration,it emphasized the construction of a professional employment mentor team,reforming undergraduate education model,and creating a good campus culture atmosphere
