摘 要:为提高藤本月季扦插育苗繁殖速度、满足市场需求,以当年生嫩枝为插穗,采用两因素完全随机试验设计方法,研究了药剂种类和浓度对扦插生根效果的影响。结果表明:3种药剂的生根效果依次为ABT>NAA>IBA;最优处理为ABT 500mg·L^(-1),生根率高达92.59%,根条数为12.6条,最长不定根和最短不定根分别为9.20cm和1.62cm,侧根数为7.2条。In order to improve the propagation speed and meet the market demand of climbing rose,the shoots of the year was used as the scion,two factors complete random experiment design was adopted to study the effect of different kinds and concentration of medicament on rooting effect of cutting.The results showed that the rooting effect of the3kinds of medicament was ABT>NAA>IBA;the best treatment was ABT500mg·L-1,the rooting rate was92.59%,the rooting number was12.6,the longest adventitious roots and the shortest ad-ventitious roots were9.20and1.62cm,respectively,and the number of lateral roots was7.2.
