摘 要:电站锅炉尾部烟气成分检测是指导锅炉高效生产和低碳排放的重要手段,但高温、成分复杂的特殊测量环境导致锅炉烟气成分的测量成为一个难题。应用微积分推导出光吸收度与气体浓度的定量关系,并对激光测量原理和可调谐二极管激光器吸收光谱技术(简称TDLAS)进行了深入研究,提出了在锅炉尾部烟道这样的非均匀介质环境中气体浓度测量的新方法。从电厂实际测量结果可以发现,激光测量方法具有精度高,安全可靠等优点,具有很好的应用前景。The detection of flue gas in the tail of the utility boiler is the important mean to guide the efficient production and low carbon emission for boiler,however,the accurate measurement of flue gas composition has been a thorny problem resulting from the special measurement environment with high temperature and complex composition.The quantitative relationship between light absorbance and gas concentration was deduced by calculus,and a new method for the measurement of gas concentration in a nonuniform medium environment such as boiler flue gas was obtained by in-depth study for the principle of laser measurement and tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS).The actual measurement results in a boiler show that the laser measurement method has the advantages of high precision,safety and reliablity,which has a good application prospect.
