摘 要:以湖北罗田板栗(Castanea mollissima BL.)主要栽培种八月红为试验材料,采用叶面喷施和土壤基施等处理,通过比较各处理叶片的叶绿素含量、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和光合速率,分析硼肥对板栗八月红叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明,无论哪种施硼方式,硼肥均能明显提高板栗八月红叶片的光合特性,土壤基施硼肥相较叶面喷施硼肥效果更好。Taking Bayuehong,a major Castanea moiiissima Bl.cultivar in Luotian,H ubei province as the experimental material,the trees were fertilized with boron as foliar or soil application,four photosynthetic indexes including chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance,photosynthetic rate and carbon dioxide concentration in the leaves of Bayuehong were measured and analyzed to study the effects of spraying boron on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of C.moiiissima4Bayuehong5.The results showed that,boron fertilization could improve leal photosynthetic characteristics regardless of application m ode,the efficiency of soil boron application was higher than foliar boron sprays.
