烟用低温热封BOPP薄膜的应用效果分析

摘　　要：低温热封BOPP薄膜是一种新型低耗环保烟用BOPP薄膜,分析了烟用低温热封BOPP薄膜的应用效果。结果表明,应用低温热封BOPP薄膜有助于控制美容器温度,降低商标纸VOCs的释放量;应用低温热封BOPP薄膜,卷烟感官评吸质量表现为刺激较小、烟气圆润性较好,但对常规烟气成分释放量影响不大,且能保证烟包密封度;应用低温烟用BOPP薄膜,有助于减少包装设备的维修时间和能耗,提高零件使用寿命,节约维修费用,提高设备运行的稳定性和操作的安全性。Low-temperature heat-sealing BOPP film is a new type of low-consumption BOPP film good for environmental protection,and the application effect of BOPP film is analyzed.The results showed that,the application of low-tem perature heat-sealing BOPP film could help to control the temperature of the cosmetic container and reduce the release of VOCs from the label paper.After using the low-tem perature heat-sealing BOPP film,the sensoiy evaluation of the cigarettes gas was less irritant,natural and fluent,but little effect on the release of routine smoke components,the sealed degree of cigarette packet was ensured;The application of low-tem perature smoke BOPP film was helpful to reduce maintenance time and energy consumption of packaging equipm ent,improve component life,save maintenance costs,improve equipment operation stability and operational safety.
