摘  要:采用水提醇沉法优化黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum)多糖与黄酮的综合提取工艺,通过调节不同的硒浓度,分析不同外源硒条件下黄精多糖与黄酮的含量。结果表明,黄精多糖与黄酮最佳综合提取工艺为料液比1∶70(g∶mL)、提取温度70℃、提取时间1.5 h、微波辅助时间2.5 min,在此工艺条件下,多糖得率186.35 mg/g,黄酮得率为69.54 mg/g。通过调节不同外源硒的浓度,得出25 mg/kg为黄精富集多糖和黄酮的最佳外源硒浓度。The extraction process of Polygonatum Polysaccharide and Polygonatum flavonoids was optimized by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The content of polysaccharides and flavonoids in Polygonatum was obtained by adjusting different selenium concentrations.The results showed that Polygonatum polysaccharide and Polygonatum flavonoids of optimal synthesis process is:solid-liquid ratio l:70(g:m L),extraction temperature70,extraction time1.5h,microwave time2.5min,under this condition,the rate of186.35mg/g polysaccharides,flavonoids was69.54mg/g.By adjusting the concentration of different exogenous selenium,it was concluded that25mg/kg was the best exogenous selenium concentration for polysaccharides and flavonoids from Polygonatum.
