人口老龄化背景下的农村土地流转与农民养老研究

摘　　要：中国已经进入人口老龄化社会,而农村拥有更大比例的老年人口。随着中国经济社会的快速发展,农村土地流转现象越来越普遍,土地流转后农民依托于土地的长久稳定收入模式被打破,农村地区传统家庭养老功能弱化,农民养老保障问题成为需要解决的核心问题。针对这一现状,探索更加积极的农村养老政策,并提出农村股份制机制的构想,以保障农民养老。In rural areas,land transfer is the inevitable demand for economic and social developm ent,the legalization of land transfer,the paid use of land resources also make land resources awareness has been an unprecedented strengthening.China has entered an aging population society,while the rural population has a greater proportion of the elderly population.On the basis of the existing rural old-age security system which can not meet the quality of life of the majority of the elderly,it is necessary to combine the rural land circulation and explore a more active rural old-age policy when the protection function of the land is decreasing.
