健脾清化法治疗慢性肾衰的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭指因各种慢性肾脏疾病导致肾功能损害,生物体内环境稳定状况不能维持而出现一系列症状和代谢紊乱的临床综合征。健脾清化法是一种从脾论治慢性肾衰的方法。通过相关文献的分析和总结,该治法对延缓慢性肾衰的机理涉及改善临床症状及肾功能,调节细胞免疫,减轻肾脏纤维化,改善微炎症状态及肾性贫血等方面,且副作用较小,充分体现了中医药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的优势,显示出良好的前景。Chronic renal failure(CRF)refers to a series of symptoms and metabolic disorders due to kidney damage caused by various chronic kidney diseases and unstable environment in organisms.Jianpi Qinghua therapy is a method of treating chronic renal failure from the spleen.Relevant literatures indicate that Jianpi Qinghua therapy can delay chronic renal failure involves improving clinical symptoms and renal function,regulating cellular immunity,reducing renal fibrosis,improving microinflammatory state and renal anemia.And the side effect of this method is less,which fully embodies the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and shows a good prospect.
