摘　　要：围绕电气工程及其自动化的专业综合改革目标,积极探索适合于工程应用型本科专业人才培养体系。以"卓越计划"实施为抓手,围绕行业发展对人才需求,采取校企联合培养模式,优化人才培养方案,从课程体系、教学内容、教学方法与教学手段、师资队伍建设、产学研结合等环节进行综合改革,学生的综合素质和工程实践能力明显提高。进一步提升本专业人才培养整体质量,基于"卓越计划"的电气工程专业综合改革发挥了专业综合改革的示范作用。Based on the electrical engineering and its automation specialty’s comprehensive reform objectives,active exploration is carried out for engineering application oriented undergraduate talents training system,The talent training scheme is optimized by means of using“excellence initiative”to implement as an effective impetus to meet the demand of industry and university enterprise joint training mode.The specialty comprehensive reform has been carried out from the following aspects:curriculum system,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching means,teaching staff construction,combination of“production,teaching and research”,with noticeable effect,like the improvement of the students’comprehensive quality and engineering practice ability,a further upgradation of overall quality of talent cultivation,and the demonstration setting up by the electrical engineering comprehensive reform based on the“excellence initiative”.
