摘  要:以丙烯酸(AA)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为反应单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液自由基聚合法,合成了AA-MA-NVP三元无磷共聚物阻垢剂。以CaCO_3、SrSO_4、BaSO_4的阻垢率为指标,通过矩阵优化多指标正交实验确定了聚合物的最佳合成条件。通过红外光谱和热质量对聚合物进行表征。对合成的共聚物进行了阻垢性能评价,并与市售阻垢剂AA-MA进行对比。静态阻垢实验表明,当AA-MA-NVP三元共聚物投加量为30 mg/L时,对SrSO_4的阻垢率为86%。当AA-MA-NVP三元共聚物投加量为35 mg/L时,对BaSO_4的阻垢率为58%,高于市售AA-MA。通过扫描电镜观察了垢样的形貌变化,表明共聚物对CaCO_3、BaSO_4、SrSO_4有晶格畸变的作用。A novel ternary non phosphorus scale inhibitor copolymer was synthesized using the free radical polymerization in aqueous solution with acrylic acid(AA),maleic anhydride(MA)and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(NVP)as monomer and ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator.With the scale inhibition rate of CaCO3,SrSO4,and BaSO4as index,the optimum synthesis conditions of copolymer were determined by multi index orthogonal experiments.The copolymer was characterized by infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetry.The capacity of the copolymer was tested and compared with commercial AA-MA.Results of static scale inhibition test showed that the scale inhibition rates of SrSO4and BaSO4were86%and58%when the dosages were30mg/L and35mg/L,which were better than that of commercial AA-MA.Morphology change of scale was observed by scanning electron microscope.It proved that copolymer had crystal lattice distortion to CaCO3,BaSO4and SrSO4.
