摘 要:以多轴向玻璃纤维布作为面层材料,以PVC泡沫为芯材,采用真空导入成型工艺制备了点阵式和格构式两类界面增强型复材夹层板。采用细观力学夹杂理论与有限元数值模拟方法对界面增强型复材夹层板的剪切性能进行分析,并与试验值进行对比验证。结果表明:泡沫芯材经树脂柱点阵增强后,其剪切强度提高9.2%,而剪切模量的增强效果不明显;格构式界面增强技术可有效提升泡沫芯材的抗剪强度和模量,其分别提高18.4%和50.4%。Two types of sandwich panels with enhanced interfaces which were grooved perforation sandwich and lattice reinforced sandwich plates were prepared by the use of vacuum infusion process.The shear property of the sandwich panels were analyzed by the inclusion method of micromechanics and finite element simulation.The analytical results were compared with the experimental results.It is found that the shear strength of foam core can be improved by9.2%through the resin column,and the enhanced proportion of shear modulus was not obvious.The shear strength and shear modulus of lattice web reinforced foam core sandwich can be greatly increased by18.4%and50.4%,respectively.
