摘  要:以晋城矿区成庄矿5308工作面双巷布置留巷为工程背景,基于现场实测数据,分析了留巷巷道变形破坏特征和影响因素。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分别研究了留巷巷道在掘进、临近工作面回采、本工作面回采过程中的围岩应力场分布特征和变形破坏规律。在此基础上,提出了以浅孔-深孔注浆加固和注浆锚索联合加固方案,并进行了工业性试验。研究结果表明:留巷巷道受到临近工作面和本工作面双重采动应力的影响后,矿压显现剧烈,巷道维护困难。采用注浆加固支护后,水泥浆液充填了煤岩体节理、裂隙,同时也使破碎煤岩体成为了胶结体,改善了破碎煤岩体的力学特性;注浆锚索使围岩的承载能力显著增强,有效控制了围岩的不连续变形。It taking double roadways retaining of5308working face of Chengzhuang coal mine in Jincheng mine district as background,based on field testing data,and then the deformation broken characters and influencing factors of retaining roadway were analyzed,the surrounding rock stress field distribution characters and deformation mechanism in different phases were studied by numerical simulation software FLAC3D,which roadway include roadway driving,adjacent working face mining and self working face mining Based on it,then unite reinforcement method with shallow deep hole grouting and grouting cable were put forward,and industrial test were proceed The results showed that the retaining road was influenced by double mining induced stresses of adjacent working face and self working face mining,mining pressure was fiercely,roadway maintain difficulty Then grouting reinforcement supporting was applied,joints and fractures of coal and rock mass were filled by cement slurry,and broken coal and rock mass was formed glued body,the mechanics characteristics were improved,the bearing capacity of surrounding rock was improved obviously with grouting cables,discontinuity deformation of surrounding rock was controlled effectively
