摘 要:为解决深部构造应力作用下大断面水泵房底鼓问题,结合胡底矿地质条件分析了水泵房底板围岩的变形破坏机理,认为底板岩层性质、围岩应力、无支护及大断面是造成泵房底鼓的主要原因。对此,提出锚固前先注浆充填底部围岩裂隙和施工高预紧力全长锚固底板锚索的联合支护方案,利用浆液对裂隙围岩进行结构性补偿,提高破碎围岩的残余强度;高预应力强力锚索支护能改善锚固范围内围岩应力状态,从而提高底板围岩的自承载能力。现场应用表明:盘区水泵房采用超前预注浆和高强预应力全长锚固联合支护技术后,有效控制了盘区水泵房底板变形,保证泵房设备基础安全使用。In order to solve the problem that floor heave of large sectional water pump house under tectonic stress in deep,the deformation and broken mechanism of floor surrounding rock of water pump house was analyzed under the geological situation of Hudi coal mine,the main reasons that induced floor heave were floor stratum characters,surrounding rock stress,nonsupporting and large section So the synthesis supporting method was put forward,which is about surround rock fractures in floor was filled with grouting before anchoring,and then high prestress and fully anchored cable was applied,the fracture surrounding rock was compensated by grouting,so the residual strength of broken surrounding was improved,the stress state of surrounding rock in anchoring scope was improved by high prestress strengthen cable supporting,so the floor surrounding rock bearing capacity was improved The field test showed that,the synthesis method was applied in water pump house,floor deformation was controlled effectively,the safety using of water pump house equipment foundation was ensured
