摘 要:煤矿集中巷道受力状态复杂,围岩整体完整性较差,注浆加固是提高围岩整体承载能力的方法,而集中巷道浅部和深部裂隙有很大差别,对其注浆加固需要低压注浆与高压渗透注浆共同作用才能更为有效地充填裂隙。通过注浆加固工程及配合相应强度的支护结构,不仅有效发挥注浆加固的效果,同时提高破碎巷道围岩的整体性和承载能力。通过对注浆原理的深入分析,提出了控制集中煤巷支护强度的有效方法,并应用于新元煤矿井下现场,取得了显著效果,经过长时间的表面位移监测,巷道变形趋于稳定,解决了集中煤巷持续变形的问题。The stress state of concentration coal roadway in coal mine was complex,and integrity of surrounding rock was worse,the integrity bearing capacity of surrounding rock could be improved by grouting reinforcement,but the fractures in shallow and in deep of concentration coal roadway was more difference,so the fractures could be filled effectively under combined action of low pressure grouting and high pressure grouting,under grouting reinforcement and corresponding strength supporting structure combination,grouting effects could be exhibited effectively,surrounding rock integrity and bearing capacity of broken roadway was improved at the same time Grouting mechanism was analyzed deeply,an effectively method that controlling concentration coal roadway supporting strength,and then it was applied in field of Xiyuan coal mine,the results was remarkable,according long time roadway surface convergence monitoring,roadway deformation was stability,the continuous deformation problems of concentration coal roadway was solved successfully
