摘 要:为了掌握不同飞行条件下仪器舱内发热器件的温度变化特性及影响因素,基于实验测量,获得了密封环境内气压与湿度作用下仪器设备的耦合传热特性;密封舱可提供的温度范围为-40~200℃,压力范围为1~101.325kPa、相对湿度为30%~90%;设计加工了阵列型、方体及柱体发热器件,通过改变舱内压力、温度、湿度等因素,获得了不同发热功率下器件的温度变化数据。实验表明:当舱内压力低于30kPa时,自然对流散热作用不明显;当舱内压力为10kPa,热板温度分别为150℃和50℃时,因辐射作用而引起的柱体侧面温度差达7℃;舱内相对湿度增加,可有效降低设备温度。In order to master the temperature variation characteristics and influencing factors of the heating device in the cabin under different flight conditions,based on the experimental measurements,the coupled heat transfer characteristics of the instrument and equipment under the pressure and humidity in the sealed environment were obtained.The sealed envelope can provide temperature range from-40℃to200℃,air pressure from1kPa to1atm and the relative humility from30%to90%.The array,square and column heating devices are designed and manufactured.The temperature variation data of the devices under different heating power are obtained by changing the pressure,temperature and humidity in the cabin.Experiment study shows that the natural convection cooling effect is not obvious if the air pressure is lower than30kPa.When the internal pressure is10kPa,the temperature of the hot plate is150℃and50℃,respectively,the column side temperature difference is up to7℃due to the radiation effect.In addition,the increase of relative humidity in the sealed envelope can effectively reduce the equipment temperature.
