摘  要:为了揭示滚抛磨块参数对离心式滚磨光整加工的影响,采用Plackett-Burman试验方法,以滚抛磨块在加工过程中的平均接触力作为评价指标,分析滚抛磨块9项参数对离心式滚磨光整加工的影响,筛选出对滚抛磨块在加工过程中平均接触力影响显著的参数,并初步判断显著性参数对评价指标的影响情况。然后使用Box-Behnken试验法进一步研究显著性参数与平均接触力的关系,推导出显著性参数与平均接触力的方程,使用该方程可通过滚抛磨块参数预测计算离心式滚磨光整加工过程中滚磨磨块的平均接触力,进而选择合适的滚抛磨块。从滚抛磨块参数角度,为优化与完善离心式滚磨光整加工技术提供理论支撑。To reveal the influences of media parameters on the centrifugal barrel finishing,nine media parameters were selected and analyzed by adopting the Plackett Burman test method with the mean contact force of the media in manufacturing as evaluation indexes.The most significant parameters which can influence the mean contact force during finishing process were filtered out,and their effects were roughly evaluated.Then,the Box Behnken test method was employed to further study the relationship between the significant parameters and the mean contact force of the media in the machining process,and corresponding equation was derived.Using this equation,the mean contact force of the media in the centrifugal barrel finishing process can be calculated through the prediction of media parameters,and then the right media can be chosen.It can provide theoretical support for further optimizing and promoting the centrifugal barrel finishing technology from the media parameters point of view.
