芹菜水提液对喷施除草剂大蒜根尖染色体畸变的影响

摘　　要：为缓解除草剂引起的植物染色体突变危害,以大蒜为材料,通过根尖细胞微核及染色体畸变试验,研究不同浓度芹菜水提液对除草剂二甲戊灵处理大蒜根尖染色体畸变的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的芹菜水提液对大蒜根尖细胞微核、染色体畸变的产生没有诱导作用;经除草剂二甲戊灵溶液处理后,芹菜水提液对大蒜根尖微核率和染色体畸变率有明显抑制作用,微核抑制率为55.00%~67.49%,染色体畸变抑制率为19.28%~52.61%。The effect of Apium graveolens water extract on cell micro nucleus and chromosome aberration of garlic root tips treated with Pendimethalin was studied to relieve plant chromosome mutation damage caused by herbicides.Results:A.graveolens water extract with different concentration has no induction effect on cell micro nucleus and chromosome aberration of garlic root tips.A.graveolens water extract has the significant inhibition effect on cell micro nucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate of garlic root tips treated with Pendimethalin.The inhibition rate of cell micro nucleus and chromosome aberration is55.00%~67.49%and19.28%~52.61%respectivelyn.
