摘  要:为青钱柳的产地加工及等级划分提供依据,采集不同生长年限青钱柳,在不同温度下干燥,采用苯酚-硫酸法,考察青钱柳的最佳干燥温度及生长年限对多糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同生长年限和干燥温度对青钱柳中多糖含量均具显著性影响,黔产青钱柳加工时的最佳干燥温度为80℃,生长年限为8年时多糖含量最高。Cyclocarya paliurus samples with different growth years were dried under different temperature,the effects of drying temperature and growth year of C.paliurus on ploysaccharide content in C.paliurus was investigated by phenol sulfuric aicd to provide the scientific basis for origin processing and grading of C.paliurus.Results:Different growth years and drying temperature both have the significant effect on polysaccharide content in C.paliurus.The polysaccharide content of C.paliurus with eight growth years under80℃drying treatment is the highest among different treatments.
