摘 要:为探明宝鸡市耕地综合产能情况,对其耕地进行经济价值评价,在陕西省农用地分等成果和抽样补充调查的数据基础上建立理论产能核算模型和可实现产能核算模型,并结合宝鸡市近2012—2014的粮食实际产量进行综合产能核算。结果表明:宝鸡市耕地理论产能为3 887.9×10~4t,可实现产能为3 216.9×10~4t,实际产能为1 022.8×10~4t,宝鸡市目前耕地资源在粮食安全方面保障程度较高。研究区耕地可划分为核心保护区、优化提升区和重点整理区,在综合开发治理上,核心保护区应大力加强基本农田建设,保护现有耕地的数量和质量;优化提升区应发挥其最大生产潜力,提高耕地的粮食产量;重点整理区应因地制宜地选择其生产方式和模式提高耕地生产能力。The comprehensive production capacity was calculated by the established theoretical and achievable production capacity calculation models based on Shaanxi agricultural land grading results,sampling supplementary investigation data and actual grain yield during2012-2014in Baoji to find out the comprehensive production capacity and evaluate economic value of cultivated land in Baoji.Results:The cultivated land theoretical production capacity,achievable production capacity and actual production capacity is3887.9×104t,3216.9×104t and1022.8×104t respectively,which indicates that cultivated land resources has a higher guarantee degree in grain safety in Baoji.The cultivated land in the research area can be divided into core protected subarea,optimization and promotion subarea and key consolidation subarea.The core protected subarea should vigorously reinforce basic farmland construction and protect quantity and quality of the existing cultivated land,the optimization and promotion subarea should give play to the maximum production potential and enhance grain yield of cultivated land and the key consolidation subarea should choose the production pattern and model to improve production capacity of cultivated land according to circumstances from the angle of comprehensive development and control.
