氧化苦参碱对病毒性心肌炎小鼠的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察氧化苦参碱对病毒性心肌炎(EMCV)小鼠的作用。方法:60只4周龄Balb/c小鼠完全随机分为空白、对照组及高、低OMT剂量组(n=15),空白组予以腹腔接种病毒原培养液,余组腹腔接种CVB3制成病毒性心肌炎模型,7d后予以高、低剂量组给于OMT灌胃10d,期间观察小鼠的生存率,并留取心脏组织,观察病理改变。结果:氧化苦参碱治疗使小鼠的17d生存率明显改善(P<0.05);小鼠心脏/体重比值显著改善(P<0.05);小鼠左心室坏死和炎症细胞浸润面积明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:氧化苦参碱具有明显的减轻心肌炎症和损伤的作用。Objective:To observe the effect of oxymatrine on viral myocarditis.Methods:60four week old Balb/c mice were randomly divided into blank group,control group,OMT high and low groups(n=15).The blank group was treated with cultured medium,the other three groups were infected with coxsackie virus B3(CVB3),7days later,the OMT high and low groups were respectively injected with OMT.To record the survival rate of mice,take the heart tissue and observe the pathological changes of it at the same time.Results:After the treatment of oxymatrine,the7-day survival rate of mice was significantly improved(P<0.05);and it can also reduce the ratio of the cardiac weight to body weight,the myocardial necrosis,and the inflammatory cell infiltration(P<0.05).Conclusion:The oxymatrine can decrease the myocardial inflammation and the injury dramatically.
