温阳健骨汤联合手法复位对老年患者桡骨远端骨折康复效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳健骨汤联合手法复位对老年患者桡骨远端骨折康复效果。方法:选取118例老年桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按住院号单双分成两组,对照组59例,手法复位后小夹板外固定制动,并功能锻炼;研究组59例,加用温阳健骨汤,观察不同方法治疗对疗效、腕关节活动度和疼痛积分等影响性。结果:疗效上,研究组显效率53.85%、总有效率82.7%,对照组显效率63.46%、总有效率88.46%,两组比较差异不显著(χ2=9.688,P=0.023);拆除小夹板后2周在腕关节活动度旋前度、背伸度、掌屈度、桡偏角度、旋后度上显著高于拆除小夹板时(P<0.05),拆除小夹板后研究组在以上指标上显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组在治疗1周、2周、3周、4周后在VAS评分上均显著低于对照组,两组同时间段比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:温阳健骨汤联合手法复位能提高老年桡骨远端骨折疗效,促进功能恢复,提高疗效。Objective:to investigate the rehabilitation effect of the combination of Wenyang Jiangu decoction on distal radius fracture of the elderly patients.Methods:118patients with distal radius fracture were selected as the study subjects.In the control group,59cases were divided into two groups,with59cases in the control group.In the study of59cases,the effects of different treatments on efficacy,wrist joint activity and pain score were observed.Results:in efficacy,the team showed an efficiency of53.85%and total effective rate of82.7%,while the control group showed an efficiency of63.46%and total effective rate of88.46%.The difference between the two groups was not significant(χ2=9.688,P=0.023).Two weeks after the demolition of small splint in pronation degrees,back and wrist joint mobility,palm flexion,radial deviation Angle,supination degrees is significantly higher than on the demolition of small splint(P<0.05)and to remove small splint after the team on the above index significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05);In the treatment of1week,2weeks,3weeks and4weeks,the study group was significantly lower than the control group in the VAS score,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combination of Wenyang Jiangu decoction can improve the curative effect of distal radius fracture,promote function recovery and improve the curative effect.
