摘　　要：介绍了2800 mm单机架不可逆铝合金板带冷轧机组的工艺布置,提供了机组的主要技术参数,列表计算了设备传动数据。针对2800 mm冷轧机提供了一条CVC曲线方程,分析了该三次CVC曲线的板形控制特性,其窜辊量与等效凸度呈线性关系便于控制,板形控制能力强,尤其对宽幅铝带的板形控制效果明显。同时介绍了机组的冷却润滑、油雾回收等工艺技术,对此类轧机的国产化及其设计开发具有一定帮助。This paper introduces the layout of 2800 mm single-stand irreversible aluminum alloy strip cold-rolling unit,and provides the main technical parameters,calculates the device drive data by a list. A CVC curve equation is provided for the 2800 mm cold rolling mill. The shape control characteristics of CVC curve are analyzed. The linear relationship between the roll shifting and the equivalent crown is easy to control the shape.and obvious especially for wide aluminum strip. It introduces the process cooling,lubrication and oil mist recovery technology,and it's helpful for the domestic rolling mill design and development.
