摘 要:双工位全自动钢管端面铣头倒棱机是加工钢管时非常重要的设备之一,它可以同时对两根钢管进行端面加工,具有较高的生产效率。其中自动送料机构是它的重要组成部分。本文运用ADAMS/View软件对自动送料机构进行虚拟样机建模和动力学分析,并通过参数化设计对其进行优化,降低自动送料机原动件的最大驱动力。其中,优化后的最大升降力减少了55.6%,平均升降力减少43.5%,最大推进力减少12.2%,平均推进力减少29.4%,同时升降机构的最大功率减少56.8%,推进机构的功率减少37.9%。Automatic feed mechanism of double working position automatic steel pipe end-facing chamfering machine is one of the most important equipment while processing steel pipe. It can process the end surface of two steel pipes simultaneously,which has high production efficiency. The automatic feed machine is an important part of it. In this paper,ADAMS/View software is applied to build virtual prototype modeling and do dynamic analysis,and using the parameterized design to optimize so that the biggest driving force of automatic feed mechanism is reduced. After optimization,the maximum lifting and propulsive forces are reduced by 55. 6%and 12. 2%,the average lifting and propulsive forces are reduced by 43. 5% and 29. 4%,the maximum lifting and propulsive power are reduced by 56. 8% and 37. 9%.
