基于S7-200PLC的自由口通信在卷板机控制系统中的应用

摘　　要：根据卷板机功能要求、S7-200自由口通信接口特点,配置PC,PC/PPI通信电缆,S7-200系列PLC,按照卷板机所需要的数据处理要求,完成PLC下位机的自由口通信编程和使用VC++6.0完成上位机通信编程设计,介绍了编程中的关键技术和实现方法,最后应用到卷板机控制系统中,实时性、稳定性、通信数据量都达到了要求。同时开发的软件具有良好的封装性、可扩展性和适应性。According to the rolling machine requirements and the S7-200 free port communication interface characteristics,PC,PC/PPI communication cable and S7-200 series PLC are disposed. According to the data processing requirements of rolling machine,the free port communication programming of PLC slave computer is completed,meanwhile,the host computer communication programming design complete is completed by using VC + + 6. 0. The key technology and implementation methods of the programming are applied to the rolling machine control system,real-time,stability and communication data volume met the requirements. At the same time the development software has good encapsulation,scalability and adaptability.
