特厚板坯连铸机辊系和轴承座水道锈垢分析及对策

摘　　要：为了解决扇形段轴承座水道和辊系水道的锈垢,导致的连铸设备水冷效果不好,影响扇形段的在线使用寿命的问题,通过分析连铸机辊系及轴承座水道锈垢形成原因,并通过一系列的除锈垢工艺解决了上述问题,结果表明:利用合理的酸洗除锈垢工艺清洗连铸机辊系及轴承座,除垢率达到原水垢覆盖面80%以上,能很好的提高连铸机的使用寿命,降低了备件费用。In order to solve the effect of rust on water cooling is not good and impact service life of the segment,this paper analyzed cause of forming rust in bearing seat channel and roll system channel of thick slab caster segment,and adopted a series of derusting techniques. The results show that roll system and bearing seat of thick slab caster were cleaned reasonable using by the process of acid pickling and rust removing,and removal rate reached more than 80%,it can be very good to improve the service life of thick slab caster,and reduce the cost of spare parts.
