基于区位熵理论的甘肃省旅游产业集聚评价分析

摘　　要：运用区位熵理论对甘肃省2010—2014年旅游产业相关指标集聚强度进行了计算分析,结合柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,建立了纳入甘肃省旅游产业综合区位熵指标的旅游产业投入产出模型,在此基础上对甘肃省旅游产业投入产出状况进行了分析.结果表明,甘肃省旅游产业综合区位熵的弹性系数远大于资本和劳动力弹性系数,说明在国家西部发展战略的宏观背景下,甘肃省旅游产业集聚发展模式应对旅游产业发展机遇和挑战的能动性相对比较突出.但是研究分析认为,甘肃省旅游产业集聚不是依靠内部专业化分工和组织关系形成的集聚模式,而是主要依靠资源、铁路交通、投资等外在因素耦合驱动的集聚模式,甘肃省旅游产业集聚形成的规模经济效应和协同效应明显不足.This paper calculates and analyzes the related agglomeration strength indexes of Gansu Province's tourism industry with the location entropy theory from2010to2014,the paper combines with the Cobb Douglas production function,and establishes a new tourism industry input output model of Gansu Province by fitting the tourism industrial comprehensive location entropy index of Gansu Province.The result shows that the elastic coefficient of tourism industrial comprehensive location entropy is more greater than the capital and labor in Gansu Province,this result also shows that under the country macro strategy background of the development to the western regions,the initiative of tourism industry cluster development mode responded to the challenges and opportunities is more prominent in Gansu Province.According to analyzing,we think that the agglomeration pattern in driving of Gansu Province's tourism industry does not rely on internal specialization and organization form,but mainly relies on resources,railway transportation,investment and other external factors.The scale economy and synergy effects of tourism industry agglomeration in Gansu Province are insufficient.
