非增强螺旋CT输尿管重建术在输尿管结石ESWL术的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨NCHCT在输尿管结石ESWL中的应用价值。方法:对88例临床疑诊输尿管结石的患者行非增强螺旋CT检查并行输尿管曲面重建。结果:CT诊断输尿管结石90例,其中CT值大于900 HU的结石18例,CT值小于900 HU的结石72例;软组织边缘征29例,肾周水肿40例。输尿管CPR可以更直观、全面显示输尿管结石的大小、形态、位置及积水情况。结论:为临床是否将ESWL作为首选治疗手段提供重要依据,并为ESWL治疗术提供结石成分预测、结石硬度预测及结石位置、大小、形态及邻近结构等重要参数。Objective To investigate the clinic value of reformatted unenhanced spiral CT of ureter for ureterolithiasis ESWL.Method Eighty-eight cases with suspected ureterolithiasis performed by NCHCT and CPR.Results90cases were diagnosed correctly by CT.The group of>900HU in18,the group of<900HU in72.The soft tissue edge sign in29,perinephric stranding in40.The location,shape,size,and the secondary dropsy of the uriary tract were displayed intuitively in CPR images.Conclusion It provides an important basis for the clinical treatment of whether ESWL is the preferred treatment.To provide ESWL with stone composition predictiong,stone hardness prediction,and location,shape,size,and the secondary dropsy of the uriary tract.
