摘　　要：目的:探讨不同干预措施对疑似乳腺癌患者活检后等待病理报告期间生命体征的影响。方法:选择行活检术的60例疑似乳腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者常规行局部麻醉下乳腺活检术护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加乳腺活检术人性化护理,术前1 d、术中、术后等待15 min和30 min时刻,对比分析两组生命体征指标变化。结果:术中、等待15 min和等待30 min时,观察组心率[(81.5±5.97)次/min、(73.63±4.07)次/min、(76.97±5.36)次/min]、收缩压[(124.23±10.34)mm Hg、(118.33±8.26)mm Hg、(120.38±5.24)mm Hg,1 mm Hg=0.133 3 k Pa]和舒张压[(78.3±6.97)mm Hg、(72.37±7.25)mm Hg、(73.63±10.31)mm Hg]均显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疑似乳腺癌患者活检术围术期应用人性化护理措施,可有效稳定患者病理报告期间生命体征。Objective To explore the effects of different intervention measures on the life signs of suspected breast cancer patients during the period of waiting for pathological report.Method60patients with suspected breast cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group(30cases in each group).Patients in the control group received routine breast biopsy nursing under local anesthesia.The observation group received humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.Preoperative1d,intraoperative and postoperative waiting time was15min and30min.The changes of vital signs in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results During the operation,waiting for15min and wait for30min,the observation group heart rate[(81.5±5.97)times/min,(73.63±4.07)times/min,(76.97±5.36)times/min],systolic blood pressure(124.23±10.34)mm Hg,(118.33±8.26)mm Hg,(120.38±5.24)mm Hg,1mm Hg=0.1333kPa],and diastolic pressure[(78.3±6.97)mm Hg、(72.37±7.25)mm Hg、(73.63±10.31)mm Hg],which were lower than that of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing measures in perioperative period of suspected breast cancer patients can effectively stabilize patients′vital signs during pathological reports.
