摘 要:文中提出一种镀银介质纳米圆柱光栅并分析其近场和远场特性。利用有限元方法研究镀银介质纳米圆柱光栅的表面等离子激元特性及反射谱、透射谱与吸收谱之间的关系。研究发现,吸收峰位置及对应吸收值随着结构参数的改变而发生变化。当镀银层外半径d_1=230 nm,内半径d_2=226 nm,周期d=500 nm时,取得吸收谱最大值59.5%。在同一结构参数下,吸收峰位置也会随着外部介质折射率的改变而变化。研究结果可以设计一种新型介质折射率检测器,这为亚波长光栅器件研究的实用化提供了参考。A silver cylinder grating has been proposed and the properties of the near or far field have been studied.The surface plasmon of the grating has been investigated by FEM,and the reflection,transmission and absorption spectrum have been also investigated.The result shows that the wavelength of highest absorption varies with different structure parameters.The maximum absorption of59.5%has been obtained when d1=230nm,d2=226nm,d=500nm.Meanwhile,the wavelength of highest absorption varies with different media around the silver cylinder grating with the same structure parameters.The result can be used to design a new detector of refractive index that has some potential application in subwavelength grating.
