基于CNKI期刊数据库的我国孤儿作品研究文献分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]以期为未来研究提供新的思路。[方法/过程]以CNKI期刊数据库作为数据源,采用统计分析、信息可视化、内容分析等方法,分析我国2008—2017年孤儿作品的研究论文,梳理其研究进展,并从孤儿作品界定、分类标准、授权模式、补偿机制等方面说明当前国内研究的重点和存在的问题。[结果/结论]提出未来孤儿作品研究应从加强孤儿作品著作权保护、促进孤儿作品增值利用两方面展开。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide new ideas for future study.[Method/process]The paper takes CNKI journal database as a data source,uses statistical analysis method,information visualization and content analysis method,analyzes research papers on orphan works in China in2008-2017,summarizes its research progress,and shows the current research focus and problems from the definition,classification standard,licensing model and compensation mechanism of orphan works.[Result/conclusion]It suggests that orphan works research should be carried out in two aspects,such as strengthening the copyright protection of orphan works and promoting the added value of orphan works.
