摘  要:目的探讨麻醉对重度海水浸泡体温过低症Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠模型的作用与影响。方法取40只雄性SD大鼠(实验10 d前行温度记录器腹腔置入术),随机分为生理盐水腹腔注射组(对照组,n=20)与1.5%戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射组(麻醉组,n=20),2组大鼠同时接受相应腹腔注射10 min后浸泡于15℃海水中5 h,观察动物生命指标、活动意识状况、肌颤频率、死亡率等,实验结束后处死大鼠取出温度记录器读取动态体温数据。结果海水浸泡后,对照组与麻醉组腹腔温度均逐渐下降,但浸泡早期麻醉组下降速度更快,2组均于2 h左右接近水温并维持;对照组活动意识等级、心率、呼吸均先增高后降低,在10~20 min之间达到峰值,于2 h后低水平维持;麻醉组上述指标均先快后慢下降于2 h后低水平维持;对照组与麻醉组肌颤频率均先升高后降低并逐渐消失,峰值均在20 min左右,肌颤完全消失时间对照组晚于麻醉组;对照组死亡率明显低于麻醉组,中位死亡时间明显晚于麻醉组。结论麻醉对重度海水浸泡体温过低症SD大鼠体温、意识、呼吸、心率、肌颤均有明显抑制作用,使低温大鼠模型死亡率明显增加;不麻醉大鼠模型在低温与神经系统相互关系、低温与应激反应、复温时能量代谢等方面的研究更具优势。Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia on Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats model of severe seawater-immersed hypothermia.Methods Forty male SD rats,which were implanted intraperitoneally with temperature recorder10days before the experiment,were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=20,injected intraperitoneal with physiological saline)and the anesthesia group(n=20,injected intraperitoneal with1.5%pentobarbital sodium).Ten minutes alter intraperitoneal injection,the rats of the two groups were given15℃seawater immersion for5h,and the status of rats were recorded,such as life indicators,the condition of activitiesawareness,muscle fasciculation,mortality,etc.The rats were sacriliced at the end of the experiment to remove the temperature recorder to obtain the dynamic temperature data.Results Alter seawater immersion,the intraperitoneal temperature of the control group and the anesthesia group decreased gradually,and in about2h the temperature were close to the water temperature respectively.The temperature of the anesthesia group decreased laster in the earlier immersing period.In the control group,the level of activity consciousness,heart rate and respiration rate were increased first and then decreased to a low level alter2h,reaching a peak between the10min and20min,while the above indexes in the anesthesia group decreased rapidly first and then slowly,and maintained a low level alter2h immersion.The muscle fasciculation frequency in the two groups both increased first and then decreased,and the peak values of the two groups both appeared at20min,and the muscle lasciculation of the control group completely disappeared later than the anesthesia group.The mortality rate in the control group was significantly lower than that in the anesthesia group,and the median death time of the control group was signilicantly later than that in anesthesia group.Conclusion Anesthesia has a significant effect on consciousness,respiration,heart rate and muscle lasciculation in SD rats with hypothermia seawater imme
