摘  要:目的分析空气冲击波作用下兔肺部载荷特性,为冲击波毁伤评估及其防护救治提供参考。方法建立兔胸部二维平面模型,利用ANSYS Autodyn有限元分析软件模拟90 g TNT装药爆炸,0.5 m爆炸距离处兔胸部的动态响应。结果在冲击波与兔胸部接触的局部区域,肺部压力首先由壁面压力波经肌肉、骨骼透射进入肺部产生;肺部其他区域的压力首先由骨骼中传播的应力波透射进入肺部产生。结论空气冲击波作用下,兔肺部载荷由壁面压力波的直接作用和骨骼变形运动、骨骼-肺界面反射及空穴效应的间接作用共同决定。Objective The loading characteristics of air shock wave on the lung ol rabbit are analyzed,which may provide reference for the evaluation ol blast injury and its prevention and treatment.Methods A two-dimensional plane model for the lung of rabbit is established,and its dynamic response to90g TNT explosive with a distance of0.5m is simulated by ANSYS Autodyn finite element analysis soltware.Results In the local area where shock wave directly interacts with thorax,pulmonary pressure is covered by the stress wave which is transmitted from the wall-surtace compression wave through muscle and bone.The pulmonary pressure in other area is covered by the stress wave which is transmitted lrom that in the bone.Conclusion The loading characteristics of air shock wave on the lung of rabbit include the direct action of the wall-surlace compression wave and the indirect action of the bone delormation,and the reflection from the interface of bone and lung as well as the cavitation ellect.
