摘　　要：利用"压力-状态-响应"概念模型构建指标体系,采用熵权法对指标进行赋权,对2007—2016年广西近岸海域生态环境承载力进行综合评价。结果表明,广西近岸海域生态环境承载状态在研究时序内持续波动,无明显变化趋势,多数年份均为临界超载状态。处于广西沿海的北海、钦州、防城港三市2015年近岸海域生态环境承载力评价结果显示当年三市均未出现超载,承载状态为防城港>北海>钦州。根据评价结果,提出相应的对策建议:(1)完善海洋特别是近岸海域生态环境保护的法律法规体系;(2)严格遵守海洋用途管制;(3)陆海结合、防控污染。The index system was constructed by using the conceptual model of"pressure-state-response",and the entropy weighted method was used to empower the indicators to make a comprehensive assessment of the carrying capacity of ecological environment in coastal waters o f Guangxi province in2007-2016.The results showed that the ecological environment carrying capacity in coastal waters of Guangxi province continued to fluctuate within the research sequence,without obvious trend of change,most of the years were in marginal overloading conditions.In2015,the assessment results of the carrying capacity of the coastal waters in the Beihai,Qinzhou and Fangchenggang showed that no overloading conditions occurred and the bearing status was Fangchenggang>Beihai>Qinzhou.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are:(1)to improve the laws and regulations system for the protection of the marine environment,especially the coastal environment;(2)to strictly observe the marine-use control;(3)to prevent and control pollution for both land and sea.
