上海市大学生体育社团管理模式研究——基于组织资源的配置方式

摘　　要：运用管理学中的组织资源相关理论来研究上海市大学生体育社团的管理模式,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈及数理统计等方法,以上海市属、部属中具有代表性的7所高校的学生单项体育社团为研究对象。结合"阳光体育运动"在上海高校的开展,研究得出:当前上海市大学生体育社团在充分利用校内资源的情况下,也积极开拓校外的社会资源,但可获得的资源还是很匮乏。提出:要充分利用学校和社会资源、完善社团的规章制度、提高社团骨干的能力、以"阳光体育运动"为契机突出体育社团特色做大社团规模。This paper is to study sports associations of college students by using organizational resources management theory inmanagement mode,the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics in Shanghai City.It has7subordinate universities of the Student Sports Association for research object.According to the research on“Sunshine SportsExercise”in Shanghai,we concluded that the current Shanghai city sports associations of college students in the school make full use of resources,but also actively explore the external social resources,but the resources available is very scarce.We put forward:to make full use of school and social resources,improve the rules and regulations of the community,improve the ability of the community,the“Sunshine Sports Exercise”as an opportunity to highlight the characteristics of sports associations bigger community scale.
