摘　　要：近年来,以香港科技大学、韩国浦项科技大学为代表的亚洲新兴大学已成为世界一流,其标志便是在THE、QS排行榜的排名持续上升,并占据着较为靠前的排名。把握历史发展机遇,向创新型大学转型,获取充裕的资源,聚集优秀的人才与一流的管理是其成功之道。我国在建设世界一流大学进程中,借鉴、吸收其成功的经验,并主动摸索出适合自身的发展路径,是符合我国国情的正确选择。In recent years,emerging universities in Asia represented by Hong Kong University Science & Technology and Pohang University of Science and Technology in South Korea have become world class. The hallmark is that their rankings in THE and QS continue to rise and occupy a relatively advanced ranking. Exploring the reasons,it is found that grasping the opportunities of historical development,transforming into innovative universities,acquiring abundant resources,gathering excellent talents and first-class management is the way to success. In the process of building world-class universities,we should learn from and absorb their successful experience and take the initiative to find out a suitable path for development in China,which is the right choice for China's national conditions.
