摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿因子(RF)的在两种不同检测系统检测中的结果可比性,为患者检测结果提供更加合理科学的解释依据。方法参照美国临床和实验室标准化委员会(CLSI)颁布的EP9-A2文件要求,对两种检测系统进行参数设置、校准、校准验证,收集含不同浓度RF的临床样本进行检测,其结果采用SPSS16.0进行统计学分析。结果被评价两种系统中、低值检测结果有较大差别,不具可比性,高值结果具有较好的一致性。结论RF在两种不同系统检测中中值结果分析结果差异较大,应在患者检验结果解读时高度重视。Objective To investigate the results of rheumatoid factor(RF)in the detection of two kinds of different detection system can be compared,and provide a more reasonable and scientific basis for the detection results.Methods In strict accordance with the United States clinical and laboratory standardization committee(CLSI)issued EP9-A2file requirements,the two detection system for parameter setting,calibration,validation,collection of clinical samples containing different concentrations of RF were detected,the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results In the two systems,there is a big difference between the low value detection results,and the results are not comparable.The high value results have good consistency.Conclusion RF measured in two different systems to the median result differences analysis result,should be the inspection result interpretation attaches great importance to patients.
