浅谈高校教师现状与对策

摘　　要：当前深化高等教育改革的核心是提高高等教育的质量,本文分析了在教学工作中高校教师存在的一些问题:政治信仰不坚定,职业道德偏差,科学研究工作过虚,身体素质和心理素质偏软。继而提出了提高高校教师素质的一些对策,教师应坚定信念,立己方能正人,科研工作要求真务实,强健身心是基础,采取有效措施,提高高校师资队伍质量。At present,the core of deepening the reform of higher education is to improve the quality of higher education.Some problems of teachers in colleges and universities in teaching were raised in this paper,such as:their political belief being not firm,their professional ethics deviation,their scientific research work and their physical being not practical enough and psychological quality being not healthy enough.Some countermeasures were put forward to improve their quality.Teachers should be firm in faith,set up their own ability to be upright,and scientific research work should be realistic,owing strong body and mind was basic.
