新工科背景下研究生培养模式研究与改革

摘　　要：近年来,随着经济的发展和社会的进步,国家和社会亟需复合型、应用型的高层次人才,我国研究生培养教育也随之不断发展。然而现行的研究生培养模式,并不能适应社会和经济发展的需要,制约着研究生培养的质量。在新工科背景下,其培养模式的科学合理程度,影响着研究生的质量。本文通过分析研究目前我国研究生培养模式的现状,提出在新工科背景下,我国研究生培养模式的改革优化建议。In recent years,with the economic development and social progress,our country and society are in urgent need of high-level talents that are application-oriented and of great vitality.Accordingly the development of postgraduate education in our country also tries to keep pace with such demand.Yet,the current mode of postgraduate cultivation that we are practicing can not meet the needs arising since the social and economic development.On the contrary,it restricts the quality of postgraduate cultivation.Under the background of new engineering,a scientific and rational training mode is critical to the quality of postgraduate cultivation.By analyzing and studying the current situation of postgraduate cultivation in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reforming and optimization of postgraduate cultivation mode in China under the background of new engineering.
