浅谈科学合理排班减少门诊输液隐患的对策

摘　　要：通过探讨患者在门诊输液过程中存在的安全隐患,分析原因,并结合实际工作体验,我们针对科学合理地排班提出了一系列护理对策。在输液前做到明确责任并对流程进行规范化,强化工作的核对机制并指定责任到个人,要求工作人员多次查对以及加强巡视工作,密切地观察患者是否出现输液反应,发现异常后及时处理,务必做好科学合理地排班,从而使护理差错以及纠纷的发生率降至最低。By discussing the hidden dangers of patients in the outpatient infusion process,analyzing the causes,and combining the actual work experience,we put forward a series of nursing countermeasures for scientific and reasonable scheduling.Before the infusion,we should make clear the responsibility and standardize the process,strengthen the verification mechanism of work and assign responsibilities to the individuals,require staff to check many times and strengthen the inspection work,and closely observe whether patients have infusion reaction.After finding abnormalities,we should treat timely.Be sure to schedule scientifically and reasonably,so that the incidence of nursing errors and disputes is reduced to a minimum.
