摘  要:目的评价以病例为基础学习(case based learning,CBL)的教学法在神经外科临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法以新疆医科大学2014级本科临床医学专业来我院神经外科进行临床实践学习的学生60人作为研究对象,随机分为传统教学组30人和CBL教学组30人,制定标准化神经外科临床实践教学教案,分别采用传统教学法和CBL教学法完成标准化神经外科临床实践教学,采用标准化病例考核和问卷调查的形式进行效果评价。结果 CBL教学法在神经外科临床实践教学中的教学效果优于传统教学法。结论 CBL教学法适应临床医学教学要求,是一种有效且适宜推广的临床实践教学方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching method based on CBL in neurosurgery clinical practice teaching.Methods60students who underwent clinical practice in neurosurgery in Xinjiang Medical University in grade2014were randomly divided into two groups:30students in traditional teaching group and30students in CBL teaching group.The two methods were used to complete the clinical practice teaching of standardized neurosurgery.Teaching evaluation was conducted in the form of standardized case assessment and questionnaire.Results The teaching effect of CBL teaching method is better than the traditional teaching.Conclusion The CBL approach adapt to the requirements of clinical medicine teaching.It is an effective and suitable clinical practice teaching method.
