论大众创业万众创新时代医学生创造力的培养

摘　　要：在大众创业万众创新时代,创新能力提高依靠创造力的培养,大学生创造力的培养是关系到能否成功建立创新型国家的关键。作为医学院校,要想培养出一流的医学毕业生,必需重视医学生创造力的培养。在全面分析医学生创造力影响因素的基础上,探讨符合国情的创造力培养对策。提出进一步进行医学教育改革,明确教育目标;改革课程体系,拓宽学生知识面,加强学生人文素养;改革教学方法,加强学生实践能力的培养;激发学生好奇心、激励学生自信和冒险的意愿、提高对创造力支持性信念;加强教师队伍建设,培养富有创造性品质的教师;加强学校环境建设,创建有利于培养学生创造力的环境氛围等6方面对策,以推进医学教育改革,培养出富有创造力、符合时代主题的医学生。In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the ability to innovate depends on the cultivation of creativity,developing college student creativity was the key to build a creative country.As a medical university,it need take count of medical student creativity if wanting to educate the best medical graduates.This paper analyzed the influence factors about medical student creativity completely and discussed the strategy for developing creativity which corresponding to state of our nation.To further carry out the medical education reform,clear the education target;reform curriculum system,broaden students'knowledge and enhance students'humanistic quality;reform teaching method,strengthen student's practical ability cultivation;stimulate students'curiosity,inspire students'willingness to be confident and adventurous,and enhance their support for creativity;strengthen the construction of teachers and cultivate creative quality teachers;strengthen the school environment construction,create the environment atmosphere which is beneficial to cultivate the student creativity and so on6aspects countermeasure,in order to propel the reformation of medical education and develop the medical students possessing creativity and reflecting the theme.
