摘 要:目的探讨手术科室(术前)诊疗流程重组方案及对策,达到以患者为中心,实现就诊全程时间更短、诊疗行为更规范、诊疗效率更高的目的。方法对我院手术患者(术前)诊疗流程通过问卷调查,确定诊疗流程中的瓶颈环节,对瓶颈环节的产生进行原因分析,并提出干预措施。结果通过对手术科室(术前)诊疗流程重组,整体满意度高于建立前。结论手术科室术前患者诊疗流程重组,可以提高术前患者的满意度,提高诊疗效率。Objective To discuss the scheme and the countermeasure of the procedure of preoperative diagnosis and treatment,to achieve the goal of shorter overall time,more standard diagnosis and treatment,and higher diagnosis and treatment efficiency.Methods To determine the bottleneck segment in the diagnosis and treatment flow,analyze the causes of the bottleneck and put forward the intervention measures.Results Through the recombination of the preoperative diagnosis and treatment process,the overall satisfaction was significantly higher than that before the establishment of the department.Conclusion The recombination of the procedure of preoperative diagnosis and treatment in the department of surgery can improve the satisfaction of the patients before operation and improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.
