摘 要:目的探讨实施品管圈在解决心血管内科急诊住院患者滞留中的作用和效果。方法通过分析急诊滞留患者常见因素,实施品管圈管理入院难的各个环节,制定科室间住院患者收治交接工作流程及细节。对实施品管圈前后我科急诊住院患者滞留时间及急诊收治患者人数等效果进行调查分析。结果急诊待床时间由实施前(66.39±13.20)小时,减少为(31.80±6.30)小时,急诊收治人数、出院人数较实施前增加,患者满意度提高。结论开展品管圈活动在急诊患者住院管理中取得了满意的效果,提高了科室人员的团队精神,在工作上增强了医护人员主动参与管理的意识。Objective To explore the role and effect of quality control circle in solving the problem of emergency patients in cardiovascular department.Methods Through the analysis of the common factors of emergency patients,the implementation of quality control circle management of all aspects of hospital admissions,the establishment of inter hospital inpatient transfer process and details.Before and after the implementation of the quality control circle,we analyzed the effect of the emergency hospital stay time and the number of patients admitted to the emergency department.Results The time of emergency waiting for bed was reduced from(66.39±13.20)hours to(31.80±6.30)hours before the implementation.The number of emergency patients and the number of discharged patients increased before the implementation,and the patients'satisfaction increased.Conclusion To carry out the quality control circle activity in the emergency management of patients achieved satisfactory results,improve the team spirit of the Department staff,in the work of the medical staff to enhance the awareness of the initiative to participate in management.
