精神分裂症后抑郁的人际心理治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析精神分裂症后抑郁的人际心理治疗效果。方法选取2015年9月—2017年5月收集68例精神分裂症后抑郁患者作为研究对象。根据就诊顺序,将先就诊的34例设为对照组,给予药物治疗;将后就诊的34例设为治疗组,联合人际心理治疗,比较临床疗效。结果比较HAMD评分,治疗前与治疗后1个月,组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2、3个月,治疗组评分分别为(12.48±5.91)分、(8.58±3.45)分,对照组分别为(19.49±4.56)分、(14.83±4.52)分,治疗组低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症后抑郁,人际心理治疗,可有效缓解抑郁症状,效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of interpersonal psy chotherapyon post-schizophrenia depression.Methods From September2015to May2017,68patients with post-schizophrenia depression were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of medical treatment,34cases of the first visit were set as the control group,and the drug treatment was given.34cases of post treatment were set up as the treatment group,combined with interpersonal psychotherapy,and the clinical effect was compared.Results Compared with the HAMD score,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and1month after treatment(P>0.05).After2and3months after treatment,the scores of the treatment group were(12.48±5.91)points and(8.58±3.45)points respectively.The control group was(19.49±4.56)points and(14.83±4.52)points respectively.The treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Post-schizophrenia depression,interpersonal psychological treatment,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of depression,the effect is significant.
